Prices on this website and in our catalogs are based on costs at the time of issue and are subject to change without notice based on manufacturer changes in pricing. In case there is a change in price, your order will be billed at the new price with the understanding that the merchandise may be returned if the new price is unacceptable.
Order Terms
Order terms for established accounts are net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless special arrangements are made when the order is placed. Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge. Orders from first-time customers or individuals must be accompanied with payment or credit card payment prior to shipment.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping
The shipping charges applied to orders on our website are estimates only. The actual shipping & handling charges for each order will be prepaid and added to each invoice on all supply order to one destination in the continental U.S.. On all orders for furniture and equipment, special order items the actual freight charges will be prepaid and added to the final invoice.
Shortages or Damages
If a package was damaged in shipment, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-682-2638 or contact us by e-mail before returning any orders. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer.s warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement, repair or credit.
- Please count all packages and inspect for damage both obvious and concealed before signing for delivery.
- Have the delivery agent (driver) note shortages or damages on all copies of the delivery ticket.
- When this shipment was delivered to the freight agent, they received it in good condition and it was securely packed, other wise they would not have accepted the package. They have agreed to deliver your packages in this same secure condition.
- If there is damage not detectable ( concealed) until you unpack your shipment, please contact the freight carrier as soon as possible and ask them for a .Concealed Damage Report. This must be done within 15 days of receipt of the shipment. UPS Damage Claim #: 1-800-Pick-UPS

All returned order are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be added to the final invoice, unless special arrangements are made prior to the return of any shipments.
We request that you allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipment of an exchange item.
